WELCOME TO THE CRYPTICS CRICKET CLUB - ONLINE PAVILION
Cryptics CC was founded in 1910, as a wandering club made up predominantly of teachers and university lecturers. The membership has expanded over the years, welcoming people from all walks of life, but there is still a strong representation from academia in the club.

- Match Fees are £20 for full day games (including lunch & tea) or £10 for a half day game (£10 & £5 respectively for students/unemployed)
- Guest players are always welcome but members get the most out of the Club. Annual Membership is just £30.

Members should play as often as possible for the club during the season, aiming for a minimum of 3 games per year.
Players are requested to apply as early as possible for games that they wish to be selected for direct to the Match Manager.
If a playerwithdraws from the team having been accepted to play, they are expected to offer a replacement to the Match Manager.
Games are largely played at grounds between Oxford and London. There are annual Northern, Southern & West Midlands tours, along with international tours to Europe and further afield such as Kenya, Singapore, Malaysia, Argentina & South Africa. Players & members have included leading figures from the cricket world - such a Justin Langer (Western Australia, Middlesex, Somerset & Australia) & Jamie Dalrymple (Middlesex, Glamorgan & England)
