The evergreen Mike Stafford took 7 for 35 including three stumpings by Jasper Joyce as Amersham were kept in check and ended with 274 after at times looking like getting a lot more.  The Club response began badly with out of form Sam Elstone going cheaply before Rob Walker (41) and then Mitesh Bhimjiyani with his first 50 for the Club accompanied Jasper Joyce as he batted superbly to reach 133 and ensure a "comfortable" victory.
