The Committee invites you to the 2021 Annual Dinner, which will again be hosted at the excellent venue of the Officers’ Mess at the Oxford University Officer Training Corps, Falklands House Oxpens Road, Oxford OX1 1RX.  The OUOTC is located close to the Oxford mainline railway station (5-10 min walk), and parking is in the nearby public car park beside the Oxford Ice Rink (opposite).  It will commence after the Annual General Meeting, which will be held at the same location. The bar will open at 6.00pm, to serve those attending the AGM beforehand.  Dinner will be served at 7.45pm.

The Committee warmly welcomes guests; Members are encouraged to extend the invitation to wives, partners and other family members and friends. The preferred dress for gentlemen is Black Tie or Lounge Suit. The cost of the Dinner is £48, reduced by half for full-time students (£24.00), whether they are Members or guests. This represents excellent value for a four-course meal, with wine and port included.
