Congratulations to Sam Elstone!

Sam's 205*  against the Free Foresters is the highest score for the Club in its 111 years, surpassing C. Sharpe's 204 in 1996 and A.G.Doggart's 200 in 1936, the only other double hundreds scored for the Club. 

Sam's 205 comes just over a month after his 155 on Cryptics debut at Barnes.  

Sam's father, David Elstone, scored five hundreds for the Cryptics, which could in due course make him only the second highest century maker for the Club in the family!  (David did also get a 6-24.)
