The Cryptics posted 246-2 against a slightly depleted Oxford Downs who faltered, rallied and then clung on to bat out at 210-9.  Junaid Aziz's lean run came to an end with a century supported by Ayyaz Mallick's 70 that laid the foundation for the innings.
