2020 ANNUAL DINNER. 10TH OCTOBER. CANCELLED.
Unfortunately, our Dinner, already postponed due to the pandemic, has now been cancelled. With the current regulations it is impossible for OUOTC to hold any such events and for alternative arrangements to be made. It is the Club’s intention to stage the 2021 Dinner in March, again at the OUOTC in Oxford. Details will be sent out when they are available. .
2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. POSTPONED TO MONDAY 26th OCTOBER.
The AGM typically has taken place immediately prior to the Annual Dinner. With the cancellation of the Dinner, this year, like so many other such events it will take place it will take place ONLINE (most likely via the ZOOM platform). The AGM will start at 830pm on Monday 26th October. Please respond by 30th September if you plan to join the Meeting.
PRE-SEASON TOUR 2021. 8th -12TH APRIL. VALENCIA
We are working on a pre-season tour to Valencia over the weekend before Easter next year. This is the home of the Valencia Smash and Levante CC, winners of the 2019 Spanish League in only the Club’s 9th Season. There will be three matches. We would like a Tour Party which is “a rich blend of youth and experience”, able to play good cricket and to enjoy the trip!
Indicative cost per player is c£320 per person + air fares. This includes airport transfer, 4 nights in central Valencia hotel, all cricket costs, post-match Tapas & Paella on the Friday.
The Club has funds available to support young Cryptics on this tour; please contact me if you know of someone who might benefit from this and who will, hopefully, become a Club member and player for years in the future.

I need to know as soon as possible if we can raise a tour party so I can confirm to Levante. Please reply by 30th September if you are considering touring. This is not a commitment to tour but will help gauge the interest.
